Activation Help

Why do I need an activation file?

The activation file will allow your school to download the Maths-Whizz® Teachers' Resource product onto your school’s network/PCs (refer to licence agreement). N.B. The CD can run without the activation file on a single computer.

What do I do with the activation file?

First unzip the activation file to your desktop (or elsewhere). Then insert the Maths-Whizz® disc and double-click the relevant year group activation .exe file. This is a program that will install the files for you onto your computer’s hard drive. It will default to your desktop, but you can choose to install the files elsewhere by using the ‘browse’ function.

Why can’t you email it to me?

This is our preferred method as we have experienced some problems emailing the files through school firewalls (which protects the school from viruses etc).

What should I do if I experience problems?
